Isn't he grand? I couldn't resist the chance to show off the little bugger. Ben is going to be a year in January!!! With the excitement of his first birthday party, first real cake, etc etc comes a little fear. We start all the testing on his kidney's the week after his birthday which means his surgery is right around the corner PLUS we are still dealing with all his weight issues. We see a GI in January for that as well. He's so "mall" (aka small)- but Logan's version is much cuter. Of course we sing him this song we made up about how BIG he is!!! We don't want to encourage any complexes in the child this young!!!
We continue on the life long road of laying our beloved babes at the throne of Christ and pleading for our faith to be larger than life and our hope to be limitless.

Orange Christmas Surprise
So, I'm slow. But I'm finally saying hello to the world of bloggers. What ever happened to telephones? Seriously. This does not replace talking to me on the phone friends, understand? AND, who the heck understands this whole blogging world anyways? Where do the pictures go, how do I get a cute background? I am not technical, let's face it. But, I have funny kids. You will laugh at what comes flying out of Logan's mouth and yearn to have a three year old to liven up your life. AND, well, call me a follower, but all my friends are "blogging." I'm so cool, I know.
So, Logan was at pre-school last week and he painted an "orange Christmas surprise" for Daniel and I- which we are not supposed to know about, but he doesn't really get that yet. Somewhere between actually painting it and getting back to the house, he decided it was a surprise for Jesus instead of for mommy and daddy. The confusion continues in his large 3 year old brain. I should tell you, he has finally become one with the potty, bye-bye diapers!!!!! So, the next day, he came running downstairs and said "Mommy, mommy, there's a surprise for Jesus in the potty!" Somehow the orange Christmas surprise for us turned into poop for Jesus. Wow.
